Fast forward to 2018, Gabriel Mascioli teams up with Sales strategist power-house, Sean Welborn. Sean, a retired Navy diver and service-disabled veteran,
had an idea on how to turn STATE Restoration into a multi-state restoration and government contracting company. When Sean came on board, that is when STATE Restoration, LLC rebranded and VETBUILD™ was born.
 
VETBUILD quickly grew in strength as Gabriel and Sean started locations in Virginia, Maryland, and Missouri.
 
In 2020, Sean resigned from VETBUILD leaving Gabriel as sole owner. Gabriel realized that he would need help with this multi-state operation and quickly
recruited Shanetha Marable,  a service disabled veteran who retired as Army Specialist E-4, and Robert Lewis, a service disabled veteran who retired as
Army Staff Sergeant E-6. 
Today, VETBUILD’s corporate headquarters are based out of Pittsburgh, PA w/ satellite offices in Richmond Virginia, York Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and Springfield, Mo. VETBUILD has plans to set open additional locations in West Virginia, Texas, and Florida.
